While Rotary is all about helping others, there is no harm in enjoying ourselves while we do it!

Some of our more recent social events have been:

A Ceilidh was held at Deeside Golf Club on Friday 4 April 2008 with dancing to Gaelic Bread.  The event was held to welcome visitors from the Sola Rotary Club near Stavanger in Norway.   Members of Aberdeen Deeside Rotary Club had visited the Sola Club in March 2004 and had also visited Stavanger in October 2005.

A Partner evening visit to Glover House, Aberdeen  followed by a meal at the Cock  & Bull Restaurant.   Secretary Mike Craig could not resist trying on the Samurai helmet.

A Ceilidh was held at Kippie Lodge on Friday 9 November from 8 pm until midnight with dancing to Reel Din.  Proceeds were for Instant Neighbour and other charities.
